Precaution: - NO SMOKING OR VAPING of cigarettes, cigars or marijuana inside the house. If you need to smoke please do it outside. We have a device that alerts us to smoking inside the property. If you are caught we charge a $1250.00 fee for cleaning and you will be immediately evicted. - No parties or extra guests. We have a device that monitors decibel levels for loud parties, this device does not record voices it only alerts us if there is an ongoing party via dB volumes. Having a party will lead to immediate eviction, you will be charged a $1250.00 cleaning fee. - Pet fees are $25/night, $100/week or $300/month per pet. Undisclosed pets will be charged a pet cleaning fee of $300.00 per pet. We ask guests to avoid wearing outdoor shoes on carpet. All guests are asked to be mindful of the neighbours and must respect noise curfews. Please close and lock all Windows and doors when leaving the Suite to avoid any pests in the property. Please avoid bringing food onto the bed. Anyone who breaks any set of rules will receive an additional $25 processing charge on top of any cleaning fee that may be added due to any sort of damages on the property.

After every checkout, the unit undergoes a thorough cleaning and sanitization to ensure a pristine, comfortable, and inviting space. ★ NO SMOKING INDOORS Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. If detected, a $1250 cleaning fee will be charged to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. ★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Please treat the home with care and respect to ensure future guests can enjoy it just as much as you do. ★ PET POLICY Well-trained pets are warmly welcomed! A pet cleaning fee applies: • $25 per night • $100 per week • $300 per month Limit: One pet per stay. ★ NOISE NOTICE We aim to provide a calm and comfortable environment, though some noise may occasionally be heard in a multi-unit property.
