If you are caught we charge a $1250.00 fee for cleaning and you will be immediately evicted. - No parties or extra guests. We have a device that monitors decibel levels for loud parties, this device does not record voices it only alerts us if there is an ongoing party via dB volumes. Having a party will lead to immediate eviction, you will be charged a $1250.00 cleaning fee. - Pet fees are $25/night, $100/week or $300/month per pet. Undisclosed pets will be charged a pet cleaning fee of $300.00 per pet. We ask guests to avoid wearing outdoor shoes on carpet. All guests are asked to be mindful of the neighbours and must respect noise curfews. Please close and lock all Windows and doors when leaving the Suite to avoid any pests in the property. Please avoid bringing food onto the bed. Anyone who breaks any set of rules will receive an additional $25 processing charge on top of any cleaning fee that may be added due to any sort of damages on the property.
